How do I determine the right size for my work boots?
Most of our boots run true to size, but we recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a snug fit or sizing up if you plan to wear thick thermal socks.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Once boots or apparel have been worn on a job site, they are no longer eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Are CAT work boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, all CAT Footwear products are covered by a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear on the job site faster.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Please enter your address at checkout to see if delivery is available in your region and to view applicable shipping rates.
How should I clean and maintain my leather work boots?
To extend the life of your boots, we recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth to remove mud and grit. Use a leather conditioner every few months to prevent cracking and maintain water resistance.
